Founded in 1937, the Robin Apartments philosophy has always been simple – being a family company means caring enough to make things personal. We care about Philadelphia and about our neighborhood, we care about our buildings and our employees, and most of all we care about our tenants. That’s why our family-run management team and in-house maintenance crew are here to help every step of the way.
With 85 years of experience, we know our tenants and understand their needs. From the incoming Penn Law student who has never been to Philadelphia before and needs to find their first apartment to the night nurse at CHOP who just wants to come home and take a hot shower in peace. Our tenants deserve the comfortable and overall enjoyable rental experience that comes from well-maintained Center City apartments.
